Shipping and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your order for Cash on Delivery orders, or after payment confirmation for orders paid in advance. Deliveries are made using the services of Romanian Post, Urgent Curier, or FAN Courier.

If you prefer to collect your order from our premises or have a preferred courier company, please contact us before placing your order.

Regardless of the shipping method selected, your products will be carefully packed and protected during transportation. Special attention is given to fragile items. Packages are appropriately sized, and all products are securely protected inside.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs, as well as delivery charges. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and the value of the goods.

We recommend grouping all items into a single order whenever possible. We cannot combine two separate orders once the first order has already been dispatched. In such cases, shipping charges will apply separately to each order.

Returns

If you choose to return purchased products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are displayed in your shopping cart and are calculated according to the weight of the products and the selected shipping method.
